Priority Processing moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue so our warehouse team processes it sooner. It does not change or upgrade your shipping speed.

Please review the following before purchasing:

• Priority Processing must be added at the time you place your order. If it is purchased separately after your order has already been placed, it will not apply and our team will not see it attached to your order.

• Shipping speed is determined solely by the shipping method selected at checkout. Priority Processing only affects how quickly your order is handled by our warehouse.

• Priority Processing does not apply to drop-ship items. For a list of drop-ship brands, please visit our FAQs.

• This service is non-refundable. If you return items from your order, the Priority Processing fee will not be refunded.

Business Hours: Our team operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (ET). Orders placed with Priority Processing near or after closing time will be processed the next business day.

Local Pickup Orders: If your order is placed after 12:00 PM, it will be available the next business day after 3:00 PM once our courier arrives.
